Q: Your homes look expensive, is it even worth asking for a bid?
A: YES! Our customers have been extremely pleased with our pricing. We offer exceptional value and I don’t think any of our customers like to throw their money away.

Q: In what areas do you primarily build?
A: We are currently building in Bethesda, Cabin John, and Potomac areas of Montgomery County, Maryland and working on commercial projects in Baltimore City. In the past we have built all throughout Montgomery and Prince George’s County of Maryland, as well as Fairfax County in Virginia.

Q: Will you build in any other areas?
A: Of course! We are licensed in MD, VA, and DC and will happily build on your lot wherever it may be. We get leads on upcoming lots as well, so if you tell us your desired location and budget, we can keep an eye and ear out for you.

Q: How long will it take to build my house?
A: We normally tell our customers to factor in a year total from the time they find a lot. Developing plans, site work, and getting permit approval can take 2-4 months. The actual construction period will normally take 6-8 months, depending on the scope of the work and how quickly you decide on the specific design aspects.

Q: What is included in the price of my custom home?
A: We quote homes turn-key. Meaning the price we give is inclusive of all site work, permits, construction, and anything else you would expect to get with a brand new move-in ready home. This way there are no surprises during the construction period. For things that are uncertain at the prime of pricing, we leave allowances. Such as light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, etc.
